G1 vs. G1 EDU: what to know before comparing
/ GUIDE
The 23–43 DoF range does not apply to every model. Development access and configuration matter.
Unitree specifies 23 DoF for the standard G1 and 23–43 for G1 EDU, depending on configuration. The official store explicitly states that the standard model does not support secondary development. A robot built using learning techniques does not necessarily let its buyer implement custom control or training. The listed standard price is USD 13,500, with EDU pricing available by inquiry, excluding tax and shipping. Confirm terms before ordering.
