Agility announced on November 5, 2026 that its shares would begin trading on Nasdaq as AGLT after its combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI. The November 4 closing release also describes existing industrial Digit deployments.
Digit 5 early access is expected in the first half of 2027, with general availability targeted for year-end 2027. These are plans, not guaranteed delivery dates.
